This image was created to show the feeling of relief that comes after finally securing housing in Isla Vista. The keys represent successfully signing a housing contract; the Isla Vista background grounds the scene in its specific community.I chose a sunset image and warm colors to evoke a sense of tranquility and optimism, which contrasts with the stress students may experience during the search. I created this design using Photo pea by combining multiple images into one graphic.I aimed to blend the separate images into one cohesive scene while clearly communicating the relief of finding housing.
